Slowly they extend their classroom-intensive exercise and eating less, and of course they drastically, especially in the workplace. In 16 weeks, they have wasted 19 kg and after 30 weeks they get a size 18 and 29 pounds thinner. It is a tiring thing for them, but because of the support of each other to make them do not give up.
"If it were not for each other, we might have given up not just in a few weeks, maybe a few days after we started," said Sarah.
Now they can move more freely in the salon. "We can move the knee glide without the customer side," added Sarah.
